We are excited to announce that Adam Schwalm has been promoted to Director of Preconstruction!
Adam has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, industry expertise, and a commitment to excellence throughout his time with Tonn and Blank. In his new role, he will oversee the Preconstruction Department and all preconstruction/estimating activities.
As part of this transition, John Stalbaum will be stepping back from his day-to-day leadership responsibilities and will continue to support Tonn and Blank as a Senior Estimator. John’s contributions have been instrumental in building and strengthening our Preconstruction Department, and we are grateful that he will continue to share his knowledge and expertise with our team.

Carter Delich, an intern with Tonn and Blank since 2021 as a high school student and throughout his entire undergraduate career, has been promoted to Project Engineer following his recent graduation from Purdue University! We are proud to welcome him into a full-time position at Tonn and Blank.
